WATERMAN
12'
Standard SC
|
This
is the "Gold Standard" against which all Stock class
12' paddleboards have been judged since its commercial introduction
in 1982. This is without exception the best paddleboard for
a variety of conditions, and excels in very rough water.
This
design, first created in 1981 by Craig Lockwood and unchanged
for 23 years, has dominated SC competition. The plan-shaped,
rail and bottom contours remain exactly the same as the original.
So
successful is this timeless design that since its introduction,
the Waterman's plan-shape and hull contours have been widely
imitated.
